In the 1990s, actor Robert Urich โ star of Spenser: For Hire โ was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Through every hospital visit and sleepless night, his wife Heather Menzies stood by him. Despite their fight, Robert passed away in 2002, leaving Heather and their three children behind. Turning heartbreak into purpose, she created The Robert Urich Foundation, saying, โI had to carry on his fight.โ But in 2017, fate struck twice โ Heather too lost her battle with cancer, their story closing in the same way it began: with love and courage.
