Led by a family of strong women, Blue Ivy Carter is growing fully into herself and her glamorous personal style. The teen daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z stepped to New York City’s Cipriani Wall Street to attend the Angel Ball, which raises money for blood cancer research.
To honor the theme of the night, Blue slipped on a pretty, satin baby-pink gown and strings of diamonds. The dress had thick shoulder straps and a fitted, corset-like bodice. The teen wore it with a matching light pink feather boa that she draped over her arms, plus diamond stud earrings and a layered diamond necklace. Silver eyeshadow, a black cat eye, a lined brown lip, and the most beautiful velvet pink kitten heels completed her look.
The 13-year-old attended the charity gala with grandmother Tina Knowles, who was honored at the event for “her extraordinary impact and continue our mission to fund the future of cancer research.”
Knowles coordinated with her granddaughter in her own sweeping gown and diamonds. Her black dress had an asymmetrical cutout design, which she paired with matching black opera gloves, a shimmery clutch, and extra-large diamond stud earrings.
“With my Beautiful Blue at the Angel Ball tonight❤️❤️❤️,” Beyoncé’s mother captioned an Instagram post featuring a selfie of herself and Blue seated together at the gala. The “Texas Hold ’Em” singer shared the same photo on her own Instagram. She wrote, “Congrats Mom on your philanthropy award at the Angel Ball tonight ❤️.”
