NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Nashville is getting a new music venue in Wedgewood-Houston.
The Truth will be an intimate space with 4,400 seats, according to Live Nation Nashville. And although Wedgewood-Houston is full of construction right now, it should be the last thing completed, so getting around should be easier at that point.
Officials said Tuesday that it is scheduled to open in a year.

Live Nation Nashville President Sally Williams said the venue is part of an effort to invest in Nashville’s strong creative storytelling community.
“The Truth will be a space that is unlike any venue, a space that can only exist in Nashville,” she said. “It will honor the city’s rich legacy while setting a new standard for sound, design and fan experience.”
The Truth will also have a two-story club with a DJ, food and drinks.
