Halloween weekend has arrived with a spellbinding lineup of new music. From Florence + The Machine’s highly anticipated album Everybody Scream to fresh releases from Brent Faiyaz, Offset, and Rosalía, this week’s drop list captures the season’s eerie energy and emotional intensity, proving that October 31 is not just for costumes, but for soundtracks that embrace the dark and the divine.
Florence + The Machine lead the charge with Everybody Scream, out October 31 via Polydor Records. The band’s sixth studio album marks a bold return to the gothic grandeur that has defined Florence Welch’s artistry. The rollout began in July with cryptic posts featuring images of “witchcraft, folk horror, mysticism, magic, poetry, and insanity.” The teasers culminated in the haunting visual for the title track “Everybody Scream,” followed by the ethereal “Sympathy Magic.”
Meanwhile, Offset surprises fans with Haunted By Fame, a Halloween-themed mixtape that delves into the darker side of celebrity life. Kodak Black also joins the lineup with Just Getting Started.
Rosalía kicked off her Lux era with “Berghain,” a powerful collaboration with Björk and Yves Tumor. Tyler, The Creator also celebrated the one-year anniversary of Chromakopia with a digital single, “Mother.”
