Katy Perry playfully rejected a fan’s marriage proposal after confirming her romance with Justin Trudeau.
The singer, 41, recently debuted her new relationship with the former Canadian prime minister, 53, following her break-up from Orlando Bloom, 48.
Their romance has been making worldwide headlines since they were spotted kissing on the pop star’s yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara, California.
And things seem to be heating up even more as Katy celebrated her birthday with Justin last month.
On Thursday night, the Roar hitmaker showed her faithfulness for her partner when a fan attending her Lifetimes Tour asked her to get married to them.
Holding a sign asking Katy to marry him and holding a ring in his hand, the fan showed his love for the pop star during the concert in Prague.
“This guy is trying to get me to marry him and he has a ring in his hand,” Katy said, according to a video shared on TikTok.
But she quickly responded, “No, I’m dating someone else for crying out f—–g loud!” A fan shared the clip with the caption, “I can’t with this woman,” followed by laughing face emojis.
Katy’s comments came days after she made her first public appearance with her new partner at Paris’ Crazy Horse cabaret while celebrating her 41st birthday earlier this week.
The mother-of-one donned a stunning deep red backless gown that was paired with silver jewelry and black heels.
A source told Page Six that Justin is “crazy” about Katy “thinks she is the perfect woman,” adding that they have “a sparkle for each other” and agree on topics including politics, kids and French food.
The couple first sparked dating rumors in July, when they were spotted walking a dog together and dining at Le Violon in Montreal, Canada – and Justin then attended Katy’s Lifetimes tour stop at the Bell Center.
Their outings began shortly after each had ended a long-term relationship. Katy confirmed in June that she and actor Orlando Bloom had split. The two share a five-year-old daughter.
Justin also announced his separation from Sophie Grégoire in 2023 after 18 years of marriage. They share three children together.
A source revealed that the two have an “easy connection” and that while Katy wasn’t looking to date when they first hung out, they stayed in touch.
The insider told People, “When she first hung out with Justin, she wasn’t looking to date, but they stayed in touch.
“They have many shared interests and a lot of talk about, but Katy was navigating too many things to even think about dating then.”
The source added that after their first date in Montreal, the former PM had been “pursuing” Katy, adding that he even flew to California to see her during a tour break.
“They have an easy connection,” the insider said. “She finds him attractive. He’s been very respectful.”
