Comedian Bill Maher and film producer Noor Alfallah have a 38-year age gap, but rumors of a romance between the pair have reemerged despite claims they’re ‘just friends’
American comedian Bill Maher and Al Pacino’s ex, Noor Alfallah, have reignited romance rumors when they were spotted leaving a Halloween party together.
Maher, 68, and Alfallah, 30, attended Vas J. Morgan and Michael Braun’s spooky-themed bash at Chateau Marmont on Friday, October 31. The pair were spotted laughing as they got into the same car to leave the party, sparking rumors their potential romance could be on again.
Alfallah, who shares a one-year-old son with her ex, Al Pacino, wore an all-black French maid costume, while Maher chose a red ringmaster costume with a red robe and black trousers.

In the past, Maher and Alfallah have claimed they’re “just friends”, and despite the 38-year age gap between them, the romance rumors have not gone away.
Maher has previously defended age gap relationships, speaking on the Fly on the Wall podcast, where he joked, “When they [women] do it, it’s empowering. When men do it, we’re perverts.”
Alfallah has a previous record for dating older men, as she previously dated Mick Jagger in 2017 when he was 79 and she was 22. However, her more recent ex is Godfather actor Al Pacino, whom she split from in 2024 after the birth of their son, Roman, the previous year.
Speaking about her relationship with Jagger, she previously revealed that the difference in age didn’t matter to her. She told Hello, “Our ages didn’t matter to me. The heart doesn’t know what it sees; it only knows what it feels. It was my first serious relationship, but it was a happy time for me.”
Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah started dating in 2022, though they met earlier, and some sources suggest their relationship began during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020. Rumors of a split in 2023, following the birth of their son, emerged, but it wasn’t until last year that an official separation was confirmed.
Pacino and Alfallah previously settled their custody battle, with Pacino being ordered to pay Alfallah $30,000 per month in child support. The former couple shares joint legal custody, though Alfallah maintains primary physical custody.
Last year, Alfallah opened up about her regrets concerning her pregnancy following her whirlwind romance with the iconic actor. The film producer reflected on her journey into motherhood in a candid interview with Vogue.
Alfallah revealed that she wished she had savored her pregnancy more, as she said, “When I look back on it now, I wish I could have enjoyed my pregnancy more.” In addition to her reflections on pregnancy, Alfallah delved into motherhood, describing it as “greater” than anything she could have envisioned.
She added, “Becoming a mom, to be honest, it’s greater than I ever could imagine.” Alfallah also gushed over her son, Roman, calling him the ultimate blessing as she shared, “Roman has just been the greatest gift from God, a thousand times better than what I ever thought he would be. Every day I look at him, I just know I’m so blessed.”
