Sphere Entertainment (SPHR) Reports Q3 Loss, Tops Revenue Estimates

Sphere Entertainment (SPHR) came out with a quarterly loss of $1.37 per share versus the Zacks Consensus Estimate of a loss of $1.62. This compares to a loss of $2.95 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of +15.43%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this company would post a loss of $1.57 per share when it actually produced a loss of $2.71, delivering a surprise of -72.61%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.

Sphere Entertainment, which belongs to the Zacks Media Conglomerates industry, posted revenues of $262.51 million for the quarter ended September 2025, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 1.22%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $227.91 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates four times over the last four quarters.

ACCESS Newswire Inc.’s revenues are expected to be $5.65 million, down 18.7% from the year-ago quarter.
