Megadeth has begun teasing the second single from their upcoming self-titled farewell release. The track, “I Don’t Care”, is set to make its online debut next Friday, November 14, with only a short preview available for now. The band’s final self-titled studio album is scheduled for release on January 23.

A worldwide farewell tour will follow, after which vocalist/guitarist Dave Mustaine is expected to officially bring the band to a close. “Tipping Point” arrived last month as the lead single from the record, offering the first taste of this last chapter.

In addition to the new songs, the album will also include a cover of “Ride The Lightning”, the classic Metallica anthem originally co-written by Mustaine.

Megadeth will be opening a handful of dates for Iron Maiden in North America, and has also announced a set of Latin American dates. Check them out below, and get your tickets here.
