Sasha Farber sent fans into a spiral when he shared a dance video with his good friend — and Dancing With the Stars champ — Kaitlyn Bristowe.
In the video, Farber spun Bristowe around a couple of times before dipping her and climbing on top of her, both wearing huge smiles on their faces. It didn’t take long for social media users to inquire about the status of the relationship, with many thinking that the two took their friendship to the next level.
“Ohhhhh I absolutely thought this was a hard launch 👀 (is it? It is right? Please tell me it is!!)” wrote former DWTS pro Sharna Burgess.
“Please let this be a hard launch lol- you deserve it,” someone else said.
“I’m SO for this if this is a hard launch just sayin,” a third comment read.
“Hold on… are you [two canoodling] now?” a fourth Instagram user asked.
For those who were hoping that Farber was hard launching a new romance, we have some disappointing news: He and Bristowe are just friends. Bristowe is in town for the Dancing With the Stars 20th anniversary special, which is set to air on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Bristowe will be making a return to the dance floor as she’s been partnered up with Andy Richter and Emma Slater for a special performance on Tuesday night. Other former champs were also back in rehearsals this week, each partnered with a remaining couple on Season 34 for what’s sure to be an epic night of dance magic.

As far as the public knows, Farber is currently single. He was previously linked to his Season 33 dance partner, Jenn Tran. As for Bristowe, she’s kept her personal life private since her split from Jason Tartick. However, she’s rumored to be dating Zac Clark from the Bachelorette.
