Prince Harry is in pursuit of making a royal return, and as a result, he’s toned down his remarks, but when it comes to Meghan Markle, she’s been a little more outspoken than usual, and one royal expert has a theory on why that is.
Ian Pelham Turner believes Harry has mellowed out and with Meghan being the more dominant of the two, it seems like the Sussexes have found a nice balance.
According to Pelham Turner, a former royal photographer at the Palace, Meghan has a strong personality, which works out because Harry is a bit gentler.
He said, “Harry will comment about certain things, but he’s toned down a lot as well, and he’s letting Meghan be slightly more outspoken, more resourceful.
“I think in reality, Meghan is a world leader. And I think if they just stopped attacking her all the time and just let her calm down, that she would rise to the top ranks.”
Harry recently met with his father, King Charles, which is believed to be the first step in a royal reconciliation and may explain the sense of calm in the Sussex household, says Pelham Turner.
While in the U.K., Harry was all smiles, and there seemed to be a glow about him, and now that he’s back in the U.S., it appears the Duke is a little more relaxed, which appears to be contagious with Meghan opening up a bit more at events and on her Instagram page.
According to Pelham Turner, Meghan has a strong personality, and she’s used to being feisty and speaking her mind about issues that are important to her.
He added, “Harry does the same, but Harry has a slightly quieter personality.
“I think sometimes it’s fine because where he is right now, I’ve noticed that Harry has toned down his remarks.”
