Bandai just added a brand new Royalty / Former Royalty support tag in One Piece Bounty Rush, and it’s actually insane! This support tag gives 15% HP recovery on every KO, and since EX Kizaru is the king of securing the highest number of KOs in OPBR, I decided to test it on my Boost 4 EX Kizaru… and he became even more BROKEN! ⚡️
I used the Kaido medal set combined with the Ulti medal, giving a massive 70% + 300 ATK and an extra 15% damage increase. This setup turns EX Kizaru into an unstoppable attacker and is honestly the best build for EX Kizaru right now.
