Nashville had all eyes on the 59th CMA Awards, where stars ascended to Bridgestone Arena to celebrate country music’s biggest night.
From the red carpet to the ceremony itself, both music legends and rising stars brought high energy and unforgettable moments.
The Tennessean staff Melonee Hurt, Caché McClay, Bryan West, Audrey Gibbs and Kiana Billings, Randall Greenwell and Nicole Hester captured the action live from the carpet and the show. There were some huge moments and winners, including Lainey Wilson’s history-making second win as Entertainer of the Year, Vince Gill accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award from George Strait and more.

Legendary entertainer Steve Martin turned heads on the CMA Awards red carpet with his signature charm and style as he strolled around. Later in the evening, the comedy icon took the stage to present Album of the Year Award to Lainey Wilson for “Whirlwind” and he even showed off his own banjo skills, performing with Alison Brown.

Ne-Yo makes his debut on the carpet, shares a moment with Lady A
R&B hitmaker Ne-Yo made his debut on the red carpet and at 59th annual Country Music Association Awards. He was also one of the presenters of the night, sharing a stage with Gretchen Wilson as they announced the award for Vocal Duo of the Year.

Lady A shows a little Christmas spirit on the CMA Awards red carpet

Country fan and star of Netflix’s “Love on the Spectrum” Tanner Smith got to meet country icon Vince Gill and wife singer-songwriter Amy Grant ahead of the CMA Awards Nov. 19 in Nashville.
Smith, who also attended this summer’s CMA Fest, returned to Nashville for the 59th annual CMA Awards, where Gill will be honored with the 2025 CMA Willie Nelson lifetime achievement award for his impact on the growth of the genre, the music industry, and on fans.
