Disneyland to debut Bluey experience with games, music and more

The popular children’s show character Bluey will debut at Disneyland in March with a new interactive experience.
Disneyland will host numerous events throughout the year, including its 70th-anniversary celebration and various after-hours parties.
Many events are included with standard park admission, but several, like Sweethearts’ Nite and Oogie Boogie Bash, require separate tickets.

Bluey is finally coming to Disneyland.

After years of requests by fans of the namesake cartoon, the beloved blue heeler and her sister Bingo will make their park debut in March, instead of this year, as Disney previously announced.

Fantasyland Theatre will transform into Bluey’s school for an new interactive experience called Bluey’s Best Day Ever! featuring “adventures in a life-sized Gnome Village and Fairy Garden,” music, games and more from the Australian show, Disneyland shared Dec. 2.

Families with young kids will want to keep that in mind when planning trips to the Southern California resort, where most events are included with standard park admission.

How much does it cost to go to Disneyland?

Standard one-day, one-park tickets start at $98 for kids and $104 for adults, which is anyone age 10 and up.

However, next year Disneyland will offer a special Kids’ Summer Ticket starting at $50 for a one-day Park Hopper ticket, for guests ages 3 to 9. Those will go on sale Jan. 21 for visits between May 22 and Sept. 7.
