Irish folk band Ye Vagabonds have released their new single ‘The Flood’ alongside a music video.

This is the second track to be shared from their upcoming album All Tied Together, set to release on January 30.

Directed by Ellius Grace, ‘The Flood’ is accompanied by a one-shot video featuring dancer Jimmy Southward. Grace describes the piece as a collaborative process shaped by the band’s concept for the album, noting its themes of urban struggle and personal liberation.

“When Brían and Diarmuid got in touch about making music videos for their new album I couldn’t say no,” said Grace. “Their music is so evocative and beautiful, and this new album feels incredibly personal to them.”

The song is an energetic, fiddle-led reflection on the band’s early days in Dublin, inspired by the squatter communities they once knew.

Ye Vagabonds will begin a headline US tour in January; further touring is planned throughout 2026, including headline runs across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. See the full list of Irish dates below. Tickets are available here.

The upcoming record follows their 2022 album Nine Waves and their RTE Radio 1 Folk Award–winning single ‘I’m A Rover’.

Ye Vagabonds released their debut self-titled album in 2017. Their 2019 record The Hare’s Lament won the artists three RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Awards that year, for Best Album, Best Group, and Best Traditional Track.
