After more than two years together, Alix Earle and Houston Texans player Braxton Berrios quietly broke up recently, with multiple sources confirming the split to People and revealing it was mutual.
Yesterday, a source gave more detail to Us Weekly about what led to their decision. “Distance was a huge factor,” the source said. “She really wants to spend more time in L.A., while Braxton lives in Florida.”
The more Earle, who just came in second place on Dancing With the Stars, and Braxton, who is in the middle of his NFL season, spent time in different places, “the more they realized they were growing apart as a couple,” the insider explained. “Alix is now focused on her new chapter. She’s been in great spirits and having fun with her friends.”
