In a county packed with shopping centers, Mizner Park has managed to remain a place people choose to spend time, not just run errands.
The Boca Raton destination draws steady crowds with its walkable layout, mix of retail and dining and calendar of events that keeps the plaza active throughout the year. Shoppers browsing boutiques often linger for coffee, a meal or a stroll through the green space, while others plan entire evenings around dinner, live music or a movie.
Its central location near downtown and proximity to transit have helped it maintain relevance even as shopping habits shift. In 2025, Mizner Park continues to function as both a retail center and a gathering spot — one where shopping is only part of the reason people come.
More than just shopping
In addition to boutiques and national retailers, Mizner Park is home to the Mizner Park Amphitheater, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, apartments and an upscale movie experience at iPic. The layout makes it easy to turn a shopping trip into a full afternoon or evening out.
Weekdays are calmer, weekends are busiest
Festival of the Arts BOCA will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year with events from Feb. 27 to March 8 at Mizner Park Amphitheatre.
Foot traffic at Mizner Park is typically heaviest from Friday through Sunday, particularly in the evenings, when restaurants and entertainment venues are busiest. Mondays and Tuesdays tend to be calmer, with crowds gradually increasing midweek.
Most retail stores are generally open Monday through Saturday from about 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m., though hours can vary by tenant. Restaurants often open earlier for lunch and remain open later into the night, especially on weekends.
Dining ranges from casual to upscale

Mizner Park is home to a mix of sit-down restaurants, bars and quick-service spots. Full-service options include American fare at American Social and modern American cuisine at Max’s Grille, as well as Italian-influenced dishes at Serena Pastificio and seafood and steak at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood, which opened in 2025.
Asian fusion favorite Kapow Noodle Bar remains a draw, while faster options include Starbucks and cafes and juice bars scattered through the plaza. Many restaurants offer outdoor seating along Plaza Real, contributing to steady activity throughout the day and evening.
Parking and transit are straightforward
The MiCa autonomous shuttle will operate in Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Fla., providing residents and visitors a short-trip, all-electric transportation option.
The most common ways to get to Mizner Park are by car or by train. The Brightline Boca Raton station is a short walk from the plaza, making it a convenient option for visitors without a car.
Visitors can use free parking in any of the four garages located around Mizner Park, with street parking and metered spaces also available nearby. Valet service operates at multiple points along Plaza Real and near key restaurants, though hours and rates vary by day and tenant.
The green space is part of the draw
The Symphonia brings holiday cheer to Mizner Park Amphitheater with a festive performance led by Jacomo Bairos.
Palm-lined walkways, open lawns and fountain areas give shoppers space to relax, people-watch or attend outdoor events. Seasonal programming — including concerts, festivals and holiday celebrations — regularly brings added foot traffic to the area.
