Hewitt also revealed their daughter’s name: Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson. The middle name appears to honor Davidson’s late father, Scott Davidson, a New York City firefighter who died during the September 11 terrorist attacks in 2001. Along with the birth announcement, Hewitt also reflected on becoming a parent, writing, “my best work yet, i am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief.” She concluded the caption with a note from Davidson: “wu tang forever.”
The birth comes several months after Hewitt announced her pregnancy in July, sharing photos from an ultrasound appointment with Davidson.
