BREAKING: MidCity announces second phase of development including new music venue

MidCity just got a whole lot cooler.

The beloved entertainment complex just announced that they are expanding in all the right ways, with a new development aiming to connect the disciplines of arts, technology and entertainment in one walkable + accessible thoroughfare.

A brand new 3,000 capacity music venue is joining the MidCity ranks 🤘

⛺️ Expanded home for The Camp

The Camp is shifting spots within MidCity, and taking root on a spot which offers more room to spread out 🚀

🏨 2 NEW hotels

2 new hotels are coming to the area, including a “music-centric destination” 👀

🤖 A brand-new Innovation Campus

Creatives, tech leaders + students will have spaces which support all of their technological endeavors 👩‍💻

🛍️ New retail, dining + entertainment options

We cannot wait to see what else will be announced in coming days 🥳

What this means

These additions to MidCity are a bigger deal than just a few new restaurants opening up.

MidCity is expanding to meet the needs of our quickly-growing city by bringing exciting + fun spaces to an already well-loved spot:

Beyond all of this, the additions are expected to stimulate the Huntsville economy by bringing in an estimated 386 jobs and $420 million in revenue through lodging, sales + tax revenue.
