Amanda Seyfried says she feels ‘protective’ of Sydney Sweeney
Amanda Seyfried has opened up about her bond with Sydney Sweeney saying she would do “anything” for her.
The two actresses have been photographed together lately as they have been promoting their movie The Housemaid.
The Mean Girls star said she feels “very protective” of Sydney who has had a controversial year being heavily scrutinised.
“I feel very protective of Sydney. I’m at that point in my life where I’ve just turned 40, which is crazy to me, but also I have the knowledge and the experience of a 40-year-old who has been in this industry for 25 years,” Amanda said on the Collider Ladies Night podcast.
“I’m very, very confident that, if she were to come to me, that I would have a good answer, and I know that she trusts me. The second I met her, I was like, ‘I’ll do anything for you.’”, she added.
The Housemaid is based on the 2022 novel written by Freida McFadden which follows the story of Millie, played by Sydney, who has a dark past and stars to work as a housekeeper for a wealthy family, the Winchesters.
