As 2025 comes to an end, Cash Warren is proud of how far he’s come in a year that brought plenty of change to his personal life.
“You started out as the year I wanted to forget, but so damn thankful you grew into the year I’ll always remember,” Warren, 46, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, December 31. “From my day 1s to my new-news … I am so grateful 🥂❤️ 🥳. Thanks for extending your hands to help me get back on my feet. Happy New Year!!”
At the start of 2025, news broke that Jessica Alba and Warren were separating after 16 years of marriage. The couple — who share kids Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7 — filed for divorce one month later.
Since their split, the pair have continued coparenting their three children and even celebrated Easter as a family.
“A few lessons I learned over [the] last 365 days,” Warren wrote in his latest Instagram post. “Acceptance is suffering’s antidote. Our minds are the OG algorithm. Negative thoughts will play on repeat if you allow them to. The line between enlightenment and narcissism is razor thin. Don’t be fooled by those who don’t know the difference.”
In his end of year post, Warren shared memories with his children as well as vacation photos with his friends from the past 12 months.
The Pair of Thieves cofounder also showed off his body transformation in a shirtless gym selfie.

With a new year beginning, Warren also wanted to take time and share a heartfelt message to each of his kids as they begin 2026.
“Honor — I don’t know how you did it. Your ability to stay focused on your goals no matter what life threw your way this year was inspiring,” he shared. “Thanks for continuing to blaze the trail for your sister and little bro. You’re going to freaking YALE!!!”
Warren continued, “Haven — thanks for holding me accountable and for communicating so openly when things weren’t sitting right with you. Your transparency is everything! Oh and, thanks for teaching me about the fine art of being nonchalant.”
As for his son, Warren couldn’t help but thank him for teaching him a valuable lesson of “living life with no regrets.”

“‘Dad, you know how many people in the world made a mistake at the exact same time as me? It’s not a big deal,’” Warren recalled his youngest saying. “HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY my boy!!!!”
In a year of change, Warren and Alba, 44, also explored the dating world after their split.
Over the summer, Warren was photographed holding hands with actress Hana Sun Doerr.

The Honest Company cofounder — who was first photographed with Ramirez, 33, in July — recently expressed gratitude for the actor and other close friends who made the past year special.
“Grateful, grateful, grateful. 🤍,” she wrote via Instagram on November 27 with a rare couple’s shot. “Sending everyone big hugs, cozy moments, yummy eats, and a whole lot of love this Thanksgiving 🫶🏽✨.”
