New reports have claimed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor could be offered a heavy sum to pen a tell-all memoir, similar to the one written by his nephew, Prince Harry. According to sources, the former prince could stabilise his financial situation if he decided to put pen to paper.
The former Prince was unceremoniously stripped of his royal titles and styles last autumn. One source said: “For Andrew, a book represents both a potential financial lifeline and an opportunity to claim that he has been unjustly handled.”
A second source added: “Andrew knows where the bodies are buried – and that makes the idea of a memoir extraordinarily sensitive for the Royal Family, because it could expose private conversations and long-held secrets.”
As reported in OK! Magazine, the sources stated, if Andrew did write a memoir, it would present him with an opportunity to tell his side of the story, which allegedly includes seeing himself as a “#MeToo victim”.
They added Andrew would paint himself as a “victim of the #MeToo and woke movements”. They stated, “It’s this narrative he will want to write in his book.”
Andrew was accused of sexually assaulting Jeffrey Esptein victim, Virginia Giuffre, three times when she was a teenager – accusations he strenuously denies.
Whether or not Andrew will follow in Harry’s footsteps remains to be seen, despite previous reports that he “won’t do a Harry” and put pen to paper.
A source speaking to People Magazine recently pointed out that Andrew and Sarah “live and die by the monarchy” so this might not happen.
Both Andrew and Sarah Ferguson whose connections to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have come under massive scrutiny in recent months, are poised to finally go their separate ways when they vacate Royal Lodge in Windsor.
Prince Andrew was stripped of his royal titles, including “Prince,” in late 2025 by King Charles, following intense scrutiny over his links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and repeated allegations by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre
This had lead to him being known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, stripping titles, styles and honours and vacating Royal Lodge.
