Golden Globes red carpet highlights with Leonardo DiCaprio and more
Watch fun moments from Leonardo DiCaprio, Kevin Hart, Elle Fanning, Hailee Steinfeld and Adam Sandler on the 2026 Golden Globes red carpet.
“Airplane!” and its main stars, Robert Hays and Julie Hagerty, are coming to Kodak Center, 200 W. Ridge Road, for a screening of the classic comedy.
Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. May 29 event go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Jan. 16 at Ticketmaster.com (starting at $55.50) and the Kodak Center box office (starting at $39.75. The box office is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.).
After the movie, Hays (reluctant pilot Ted Striker) and Hagerty (flight attendant Elaine Dickinson) will take the stage for a live, moderated question-and-answer session.
A limited number of VIP meet-and-greet tickets will be available and include professionally shot photos with Hays and Hagerty and a tour poster autographed by the pair.
Released in 1980, “Airplane!” is a spoof of the 1957 disaster film “Zero Hour!” about a traumatized Canadian Royal Air Force pilot named Ted Stryker.
Filled with slapstick, deadpan humor and quotable dialogue, “Airplane!” also features parodies of characters from “Airport” (1970) and its sequels (a little old lady, a singing nun and a sick little girl) and sends up other movies (“Saturday Night Fever”).
General parking across the street from Kodak Center is $10 per vehicle. A limited number of premium parking spots are available next to the building for $20 per vehicle. Handicap parking is available in all lots, which are cashless.
