PRS Guitars has officially planted a new flag in Nashville with the opening of its upgraded, artist-only showroom at Soundcheck, now housed inside the newly completed Rock Nashville facility. Located just under 10 miles from downtown, the new space signals a thoughtful expansion for the Maryland-based guitar maker—one that prioritizes creativity, collaboration, and direct connection with working artists.

The showroom replaces PRS’ former Soundcheck location in Music City and now operates as an anchor tenant within the Rock Nashville campus, a 55-acre production hub purpose-built for the live entertainment industry. Completed in January 2026, the campus is designed to function as a one-stop ecosystem for touring professionals, offering everything from rehearsal studios to show prep vendors and long-term gear storage.

For PRS, the move is about more than square footage. “Our new showroom reflects our deep commitment to music and creativity, offering an inspiring environment where artists can connect, collaborate, and experience our latest innovations firsthand,” said Bev Fowler, PRS Guitars’ Director of Artist and Community Relations. Fowler emphasized that the new location is intentionally artist-focused: “This dynamic space is all about supporting creativity—it gives artists a welcoming place to connect, collaborate, and discover the latest PRS instruments as part of Nashville’s vibrant musical community.”

Situated in Suite 18 on the second floor, the showroom is open Monday through Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time, with Thursday and Friday access available by appointment only—an approach that underscores its purpose as a working space rather than a retail stop-in. It’s a setting designed for artists who want time, privacy, and hands-on access to PRS’ latest guitars without distraction.

The Rock Nashville campus itself provides fitting context. Alongside Soundcheck, the facility features 15 state-of-the-art rehearsal and production studios, nearly 40 industry vendors supporting all stages of tour preparation, and hundreds of storage lockers for gear between gigs. For artists cycling through rehearsals, pre-production, or tour downtime, the PRS showroom sits squarely in the middle of the action.

In a city already overflowing with guitar shops and music history, PRS’ artist-only approach feels deliberate and refreshingly specific. Rather than competing for foot traffic, the brand is doubling down on relationships, offering a space that treats instruments not as products on a wall, but as tools meant to be played, tested, and lived with.
