Jacobus focuses his practice on entertainment transactional and tax matters, guiding clients through entity formation and structuring, capital raises, equity incentive arrangements, and liquidity events. He regularly drafts and negotiates operating agreements, purchase agreements, equity awards, and services agreements, and brings significant experience counseling clients on partnership, corporate, and individual tax considerations in connection with complex transactions.
