Marilyn Manson co-headlining Blossom Music Center with Rob Zombie

Canton native Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie will bring their industrial rock freak show this summer to Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls.

The tour will make a stop at the Summit County venue Sept. 2. Advance ticket sales begin Jan. 20, Live Nation announced Jan. 15.

The Blossom show continues Manson’s return to live performances, which began last year with a tour that included a concert at the House of Blues in Cleveland, as well as a slot at the Inkarceration music festival on the grounds of the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield.

Manson also will perform at Sonic Temple in Columbus

The Blossom concert is part of a 21-date tour, which also includes stops in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Indiana, Utah and California. Manson also will perform May 16 at the Sonic Temple music festival in Columbus.

The Hu, a Mongolian metal band, and industrial rock band Orgy will be special guests on the Manson and Zombie tour.

Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, has released several albums and also has appeared in movies and TV shows.

The GlenOak High School graduate broke out in the late ’90s and early aughts in the goth rock scene while crossing over into the mainstream. He drew attention for his provocative style of rock and for his outrageous persona, controversial lyrics and stage antics.

Popular songs include “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This),” “The Beautiful People” and “The Dope Show.”

Newer songs include an industrial rock version of the Phil Collins’ classic “In the Air Tonight” and “As Sick As The Secrets Of (Sleep)” in 2025.

Manson also has attracted publicity outside of music.

Early in 2024, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced that Manson would not face charges of sexual assault and domestic violence in California following a yearlong probe.

Zombie and Manson have toured before

In the ’90s, Zombie formed the band White Zombie before launching a solo career.

Zombie has sold more than 15 million albums globally. He’s also directed several films, including, “House of 1000 Corpses” and two reboots in the “Halloween” movie franchise in 2007 and 2009. Zombie will release the album “The Great Satan” o Feb. 27.

Zombie’s popular solo songs include “Dragula” and “Living Dead Girl.” Hits with White Zombie included “More Human Than Human” and “Thunder Kiss ’65.”

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for the Blossom concert begin with a Citi credit card presale at 10 a.m. Jan. 20 at https://www.ticketmaster.com. For more details about the Citi card entertainment program, go to https://www.citientertainment.com.
