Cincinnati is filled with unique content creators, some of whom were highlighted on The Enquirer’s Top Content Creators of 2025 list.
From photographers and musicians to comedians, food reviewers and day-in-the-lifers, they all add to the city’s culture and use social media to bring more attention to the area. Now, we are looking to honor social media stars again. The Enquirer unveiled its top 50 content creators for 2026 on Friday, and a public vote, along with an Enquirer panel, will decide the eight winners.
Before the top 50 were revealed, 2025 winners Sarah and Mitko Karshovski of Cincy Scoop, a digital platform delivering good news and events/entertainment coverage in Cincinnati, joined The Enquirer’s “That’s So Cincinnati” podcast.
They discussed everything that has changed for them since being on last year’s list, what’s coming next and, of course, all things Cincy.
Mitko immigrated to the Queen City from Bulgaria when he was around 11 years old. He then met his wife, Sarah (a Detroit, Michigan, native), at Miami University. After traveling for about seven years, they decided they wanted to move back to Cincinnati and put a spotlight on the areas they felt deserved more love.
And with that, Cincy Scoop was born (after asking ChatGPT for some unique name ideas). The husband-wife duo began sending out email newsletters featuring “good news in the Queen City” in April 2023. They started posting frequently on social media throughout 2024.
When Cincy Scoop was first highlighted on Cincinnati’s Top Content Creators of 2025, the Instagram account had over 60,000 followers. Nearly a year later, the page has skyrocketed to 74,900 followers.
If you want the inside “scoop” with Cincy Scoop, take a listen to the “That’s So Cincinnati” podcast at the top of the page. And vote for this tear’s top content creators here.
