The actor relisted the Amagansett, New York, property on last month for $21 million, about $2 million more than it was asking when it was taken off the market in July 2024. He initially listed it for sale in November 2022.
Across the country, Diane Keaton’s Pinterest-inspired modern farmhouse in Los Angeles also returned to the market last month for $26.9 million after taking a price cut.
The late actress, who died in October at 79, first listed the Southern California home for sale in March for $28.9 million. She delisted it just a couple of weeks before her death.
