Intersections is an upcoming live show that brings together original music by Wilfrid Laurier University student composers and choreography by dancers from Rhapsody Dance Project, a Waterloo-based non-profit dedicated to helping young adults continue dancing outside of professional settings. The show features student composers performing live alongside the dancers, creating a collaboration between music and movement. CBC K-W’s Diego Pizarro spoke with Marina Simonovic, co-director of Rhapsody Dance Project, during a rehearsal to learn what audiences can expect from the Jan. 31 performance.
