The disgraced prince has made another return to his home country, but not with the sole intention of making things right with his father, brother, and other members of the royal family. He went to testify in person against Associated Newspapers, the publisher that owns famous news and tabloid publications, The Daily Mail and The Mail.
Harry initially filed a lawsuit against the publisher towards the end of 2022, two years after his and the As Ever founder’s move from the UK to California, and their departure from royal duties. The prince is claiming that the publications used privacy-invading and unethical tactics to gain information about him and his family, which he revealed subsequently caused him and his family emotional distress.
