We Have High Hopes For Role Model’s New Era Of Music

Bruce Springsteen gives teary dedication at new Monmouth U center

It’s Friday, which means we have a fresh round-up of new music to power you through the weekend. There is no denying the world can feel a bit heavy, but music is always there to help ease the vibes. From epic collaborations, A-list names, and rising stars, get your playlist ready.

Luis Fonsi, Feid – CAMBIARÉ

Luis Fonsi kicks off 2026 with a surprise collaboration with Feid, “Cambiaré.” Tapping into Salsa, which is new for both of them, Fonsi explains, “I’m very excited to write and perform a song that’s different from what I’ve been doing throughout my 27-year career. I feel excitement, nerves, and adrenaline; I love feeling this way. It feels like starting over.” “It all comes from a place of respect and celebrating my roots, my culture, and that ‘key’ that I carry inside. Without risk, there is no progress, and without courage, there is no evolution.”

A$AP Rocky – FLACKITO JODYE ft. Tokischa

A$AP Rocky and Tokischa prove they’re the duo we never knew we needed with “Flackito Jodye.” The dembow track gets your ears’ attention from the jump and has a sick beat. The rappers’ flow and Tokisha’s signature sound go hand in hand for a genre-blending experience, with Rocky even showing off some of his Spanish. It’s one of the best collaborations of the year.

LUDMILLA, Latto, Emília – BOTA

Ludmilla, Emilia, and Latto come together for a funk-driven, dancefloor-ready track. “BOTA” starts strong and will have you ready to dance and embrace your inner confidence, attitude, and feminine energy. The cross-cultural collaboration celebrates individuality while spotlighting the natural chemistry that happens when different worlds collide through music.

Lunay – Ojalá

Puerto Rican star Lunay returns with “Ojalá,” his first release in over a year and the start of a new chapter. The raw track captures that all-in kind of love, mixing emotional honesty with a tropical vibe.

Ana Tijoux & Dj Dacel – VINOS Y VINILOS

Chilean rap icon Ana Tijoux leads her new era with “Vinos & Vinilos,” with longtime collaborator DJ Dacel. The track is the first taste of her upcoming EP 97 and goes incredibly hard with beautiful instrumentals and a laid-back soul-soaked groove that perfectly vibes with her flow. It comes with a beautifully shot music video directed by Fabio Mancini.

GIULIA BE – antes que você vá

GIULIA BE continues the rollout of her self-titled, trilingual album with the release of “antes que você vá.” GIULIA wrote the song alongside her brother Dany Marinho and traces the slow unraveling of a relationship. “The lyrics translate this place of uncertainty and the search for answers. In the chorus, I say, ‘before you go, explain to me where I went wrong.’ Because not every breakup needs a culprit — sometimes you just want to understand,” explains GIULIA BE.

Sin Bandera – ¿Qué Culpa Tiene Ella?

Pop duo Sin Bandera shares the first glimpse of their highly anticipated seventh studio album, ESCENAS, due out in early February with “¿Qué Culpa Tiene Ella?” The track taps into their signature sound, with romantic lyrics and Noel and Leonel’s emotional delivery and stunning harmonies.

Harry Styles – Aperture

Harry Styles’ fans were suspicious for weeks that he was about to release a new album, and they were right. Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally is due on March 6. He gives a taste of what’s to come with “Aperture,” a genre-blending electronic, pop, and fun upbeat track, along with a cinematic music video showing off his dance skills.

Evaluna Montaner – Rollitos de Papel

Evaluna Montaner is back with her first solo release in nearly four years, “Rollitos de Papel.” The intimate ballad is soft but deep, as she sings about the peace that comes from feeling held and protected.

Mariangela – Cuando Una Mujer

Rising Mexican star Mariángela reconnects with her border roots on “Cuando Una Mujer,” a new single that blends pop with cumbia norteña. Staying true to her confessional style, the song centers on a woman who, in the middle of heartbreak, chooses herself.
