2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. For this, Warner Bros. Discovery officially announced the 25 Years of Magic celebration, which will include multiple fan-focused experiences, spectacular screenings, exclusive products, and more.
The first film premiered on Nov. 16, 2001, and it was known as Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in the United States, India, and the Philippines. The novels were already popular, but the movies kicked off a magical time for filmgoers.
