Klum and Kaulitz have been together for years, in a relationship that’s full of love and public displays of affection. The pair met at a party in 2018, getting married a few months after. Kaulitz is a stepfather to Klum’s four kids: Leni, 21, Henry, 20, Johan, 19, and Lou, 16.
