“So this next song is called Style. It comes out January 30th. It’s a song about style, fashion, love,” she said. “It’s basically metaphors about shopping and fashion with love. So when something really fits right, like clothing, it fits like a glove, like love.”

The song was written and recorded in New York, a setting that helped shape its sound and atmosphere.
“It’s like based in New York, the story,” Tali explained. “Late night, pop, R&B, sleek guitars. Very fun.”
Style also marks the first release from a new EP, which Tali says is already well underway.
“So this is the first single off an EP that’s going to come soon,” she confirmed, adding that the project is likely to arrive in spring or summer.
Talking about her recent writing, Tali said her approach has shifted after a year of live performances.
“I think after doing a lot of live shows last year, I realised that I wanted more fun, upbeat live songs,” she said. “That’s kind of where it’s headed.”
She also reflected on how her sound has evolved since Eurovision, following a listener question during the show.
“I would say that my style now, no pun intended, is very different to Eurovision now,” she said. “It’s really shifted into more American R&B pop rather than this kind of Eurovision style. But I love it. It’s just not really where I’m at right now.”
Tali added that the change feels natural rather than reactionary.
“I think it’s where I normally live personally anyway,” she explained. “In terms of my writing, it was always a bit more alt pop.”
