Now’s your chance to “Be The Cowboy.”

Mitski just announced her 2026 ‘Nothing’s About To Happen To Me Tour’ in support of her forthcoming eighth studio album with the same name due out Feb. 27.

She’ll kick off the international run — which includes concerts in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia — with six (!) shows at New York City’s The Shed with special guests Sex Week and Gustaf on select dates. The Big Apple gigs are set to go down:

Ahead of the record’s release, Mitski dropped a pair of longing singles, the gentle “I’ll Change for You” and garage rock anthem “Where’s My Phone?”

On her last trek, 2024’s ‘The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We Tour,’ she performed approximately 22-24 songs per gig. Based on our findings at Set List FM, that included some of her biggest tracks like “Nobody,” “Washing Machine Heart,” “First Love/Late Spring,” “I Bet On Losing Dogs” and “My Love Mine All Mine.”

“If you’ve seen Mitski before, you are aware that her live sets have long gone beyond the singer-songwriter tunes that have most earned her attention,” Uproxx wrote in a review of a March ’24 concert.

“…she whole-heartedly sold her heightened choreography, [underscoring] that quiet music can fill up the biggest spaces, if backed up by the right amount of confidence and creativity.”

Mitski tickets become available first for select dates through a pre-sale that starts Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 10 am local time.

Tickets officially go on sale to the general public on Friday, Feb. 13 at 10 am local time through Ticketmaster but are available now on trusted secondary market sites like StubHub, Vivid Seats and GameTime.

We only recommend sites with a 100% buyer guarantee, so you know your transaction is safe and your tickets will arrive on time.

Mitski new music

Ahead of the release of “Nothing’s About To Happen To Me,” Mitski dropped a pair of singles as noted above.

The concept album tells the story of a shut-in that feels most herself while at her untidy abode. This is reflected in the down-and-dirty, meats and potatoes rocker “Where’s My Phone” where Mitski warbles about her missing phone and how no one will save her over searing drums and guitars. Don’t give up on this track if the music sounds too simple- around the two-minute mark, the tune warps into something whimsical, demented and inspired.

“I’ll Change For You,” the second single, is much more restrained. The jazzy number — which includes friendly ambient sounds like people chattering and glasses clinking — dials things back as she coos heartbreaking lines like “How do I let our love die/When you’re the only other keeper/Of my most precious memories?”

If you’d like to check them out, you can find both singles here.

Mitski special guests

At all shows, an opening act will take the stage before Mitski’s headlining set. To make sure you’re familiar with each of them, here are all of her special guests’ most-streamed songs on Spotify.

Sex Week: “Toad Mode”

Gustaf: “Book”

Haley Heynderickx: “The Bug Collector”

La Zorra Zapata: “Hay Que Hacerlo”

Canozan: “Ağlama ben ağlarim”

Maria Somerville: “Garden”

Tarta Relena: “Si veriash a la rana”

Gwenifer Raymond: “Jack Parsons Blues”
