The WWE Royal Rumble could be coming back home to the United States. WWE held the first Royal Rumble Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia on January 31 as part of their deal with the country. However, it looks like the event is headed back to the USA next year.
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, the general chatter backstage at the Royal Rumble was that the show was likely returning to the United States in a domestic stadium for 2027.
In addition, the belief is that the 2027 edition will remain a one-night show as of now. There has been discussion in the past of expanding the Royal Rumble to two nights in past years, but it appears WWE is sticking to the traditional single-night format for this event.
The 2026 WWE Premium Live Event schedule includes events across the globe. Following the Royal Rumble in Riyadh, WWE will hold Elimination Chamber on February 28 in Chicago. WrestleMania 42 is set for April 18 and 19 in Las Vegas, followed by SummerSlam on August 1 and 2 in Minneapolis. Money in the Bank is also confirmed for this September.
