President Donald Trump is sharing a significant update on the search for Today show co-host Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy Guthrie, who has been missing for nearly a week.

On Friday — marking day six of Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance — Trump told reporters he had received new information on the case through federal law enforcement and the FBI.

“I think we’re doing very well in that regard. You’re probably surprised to hear that,” Trump said. “I think we’re doing very well, meaning we have some clues, I think that are very strong and I think we could have some answers coming up fairly soon.”
