Vin Diesel hails Priyanka Chopra Jonas at ‘The Bluff’ premiere
Hollywood icon Vin Diesel praised Priyanka Chopra Jonas at The Bluff’s Los Angeles premiere, comparing her to a global icon.
During the event, the 58-year-old American filmmaker stated, “First of all, I am going to tell you a little secret. She is so amazing in this movie.”
He went on to add, “And she is such an incredible talent… and she was so nice to my kids in Europe when they had a screening… We share birthdays.”
Moreover, he mentioned, “And the only other person I want you to think about is the late Nelson Mandela. So her, Nelson Mandela and I, we are all trying to make this world a better place.”
The star-studded premiere of Frank E Flowers’ upcoming R-rated pirate thriller, produced by Prime Video and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO, was attended by Priyanka, her husband Nick Jonas, Karl Urban, Vin Diesel, and other guests.
In the movie, Priyanka stars as Ercell Bodden, known as “Bloody Mary,” a former pirate feared across the high seas. Her past crew comes for revenge and to get back their stolen treasure, pushing her back into conflict.
Notably, the movie ensemble includes Temuera Morrison, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green, Zach Morris, David Field, and Vedanten Naidoo.
