Now, let’s talk singles.

After clinching the first chart-topper of 2026 with WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!, and ahead of her performance at this weekend’s BRIT Awards in Manchester, RAYE returns with Nightingale Lane., the latest cut from her second studio album THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE., due March 27.

Speaking of BRIT Awards, two time nominated artist Skye Newman strides into 2026 with her first single of the year, Walk. Can she make it a week to remember by picking up an award as well as earning a fourth Top 40 hit?

Independent London-based singer-songwriter CHARL shares a familiar story of frustration on Begging On My Birthday. Tired of begging for her partner’s attention, she’s after “the bare minimum.”

On the track, CHARL explains: “A common occurrence was that I was the organiser of everything. I’m definitely guilty of taking up a lot of space by being overly maternal but the effort I put in for my partner on his birthday just wasn’t reciprocated.

“The overall statement in the song is, if you can’t show up for me on my birthday then we’re pretty much damned for the rest of the year, aren’t we? I love that you can hear some of my favourite indie influences in this song, specifically Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap.”

Breakout Manchester five-piece The Guest List take aim at a post-truth world on new single Something Real, which comes ahead of their upcoming headline tour, kicking off at Dublin’s Academy 2 on April 7.

Ahead of his performance at this weekend’s BRIT Awards at Manchester’s Co-op Live, International Song of the Year nominee Alex Warren releases brand-new tune Fever Dream, as Ava Max invites you to step into her ‘new world’ with KiLL it QUEEN.

Rising Bath-based singer-songwriter Ruby Roberts drops I’d Do Anything, while Grace Davies teams up with Sonny Tennet on Butterflies, a heart-wrenching love song written about her grandparents’ battle with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

Sonny Fodera ushers in some welcome sunshine as he recruits chart-topping singer, songwriter and producer Chrystal on feel-good house anthem My Loving, while British singer, songwriter and pianist Hutch offers up Coasting.

We also find big single releases from new Capitol Records signing Jael (Prisoner of Love), Saint Harison (glass houses), Isak Danielson (Always You), Laufey (How I Get), Melanie Martinez (DISNEY PRINCESS), Tom Misch (Slow Tonight) and girli (Romantic Sadness).
