HBO’s Game of Thrones is finally headed to the big screens from House of Cards showrunner Beau Willimon (Seasons 1-4), who also worked as a key writer on Andor, one of the best Star Wars projects to come out of the Kathleen Kennedy era. While details regarding the project remain under wraps, Page Six reported that Willimon has already submitted a draft for the movie in question.
Although things could shift amid WB and Paramount’s merger, the current leadership at WB is apparently pumped about Willimon’s draft for the Got movie, which could revolve around the first king of Westeros, Aegon the Conqueror.
