Heather and Terry Dubrow said they “do everything wrong” when it comes to their bedtime routine
The couple admitted to supposed bad habits such as bringing their phones to bed and drinking and eating late, on the March 2 episode of their podcast Between Us
They also said they keep their bedroom so cold that Heather wears a sweater and scarf to bed, while Terry sleeps nude
Heather Dubrow and Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow are giving a glimpse of their bedtime routine.
The Dubrows shared how they wind down at night on the March 2 episode of their podcast, Between Us, after Heather, 57, said people always ask her what the couple does at the end of the day. “I can tell you, as a longevity expert — what you’re supposed to do? We don’t do any of those things,” Terry, 67, said.
“We do everything wrong. We drink alcohol. We eat. We look at our phones,” the Real Housewives of Orange County star said.
Terry explained you’re supposed to “put your phone away two hours before. Make the room dark, cool, get rid of anything that has a blue light associated with it … We do the opposite of that. We drink to the last minute, right before we go to bed.”

“Maybe to the point of illness,” Heather quipped.
“And then we get in bed and we go on our screens,” Terry said.
The couple said they keep their room “super cold” — 63 degrees — and have two fans running on high. “We like air moving and it needs to be snowing in the room,” Heather joked. While they do have a dual-sided electric blanket (with her side on the highest setting), Heather shared that the chilly environment requires additional bedtime clothes.
“I have a sleep scarf, and I use this [Alexander] McQueen scarf because I like the fabric,” she said, explaining she balls it up and tucks it behind her head to keep her head straight so she doesn’t sleep on her face.

“Because it’s so cold in our room, I have a sleep sweater,” she said, sharing that she also sleeps in a long, stretchy black dress from Skims that’s “tight enough I don’t have to wear a bra.”
“I have my sleepy dress and then I decided it was cold,” she said of why she added “a sleeping sweater.”
“Then a mask and a scarf,” Terry, who said he sleeps nude, added. “It’s like having sex with the Frosty the Snowman.”
“It’s a lavender McQueen scarf and it’s a black, very clean, like, very small mask. And then it’s a sexy Skims dress and it’s a silk pillowcase. It’s all really beautiful,” Heather said. “It’s not like a frilly grandma nightgown.”
