Dark Winds is currently airing Season 4. However, the George R.R. Martin Western sensation is already looking towards the future.
Dark Winds scored a Season 5 renewal even before Season 4 premiered in February. AMC didn’t waste any time and has already started production on the next season. Per Deadline, Dark Winds has also cast Yellowstone franchise star Martin Sensmeier in a key role.
Sensmeier will be a series regular, and he’s set to play Terry Bai, a former Vietnam vet turned racetrack worker with ties to Chee (Kiowa Gordon) from middle school.
