Dave & Buster’s is officially moving forward in Viera, with plans approved for a 26,000‑square‑foot entertainment venue at 8510 Napolo Drive.
Sharing an entrance with Walk‑On’s Sports Bistreaux, the project cleared a key milestone when its building review and site plan were approved March 10.
A deed recorded March 12 with the Brevard County Clerk of Courts shows the property sold for $3.937 million, further signaling the long‑anticipated project is moving toward construction.
Representatives of Dave & Buster’s could not be reached for comment regarding estimated completion date.
Dave & Buster’s would become the chain’s first location in Brevard County and its only newly announced Florida site, following recent remodels in Daytona Beach and the Tampa area.
