Upon learning this incredible news, fans had to voice their opinions online.

When will Lori Loughlin return to When Calls the Heart?
Even though it’s unclear when Lori will actually appear on When Calls the Heart season 14, fans do know that her character, Abigail, had a major role in the shaping of Hope Valley.
Originally a widow of one of the men killed in the mines in Coal Valley, she would eventually become the owner of the town café. Abigail also served as Hope Valley’s mayor for a short time and was the foster mom to Cody and Rebecca Stanton. And when she eventually left WCTH in season 6, it was because Abigail needed to take care of her ill mother.
