‘Supernatural’ star Carrie Anne Fleming breathes her last at 51
Carrie Anne Fleming, best known for her roles in Supernatural and iZombie, has left the entertainment industry in mourning following her tragic passing.
On Sunday, March 22, it was reported by Variety that the Canadian actress died at the age of 51 in Sidney, British Columbia.
Fleming passed away on February 26, 2026, after a prolonged battle with breast cancer and related complications.
“She died peacefully with her loved ones by her side,” the actress’s representative told PEOPLE. “It was a great privilege to have known Carrie. She was a beautiful soul, inspiring, and above all, kind. She will be greatly missed.”
Jim Beaver, her on-screen husband in Supernatural, also confirmed her passing on Facebook in a lengthy post, as he paid tribute to her.
“She was a powerhouse of vitality and goodwill and amazingly good nature, with a rapturous laugh and an utterly adorable personality that didn’t seem to have an off switch,” he wrote, fondly remembering of his off-screen friend.

Born in August 1974 in Digby, Nova Scotia, Fleming made her acting debut in the TV series Viper.
She rose to prominence with her performances as Candy Baker in iZombie and Karen Singer in Supernatural.
Over the course of her career, Fleming featured in a variety of projects, including Happy Gilmore, The Tooth Fairy, Bloodsuckers, and Masters of Horror.
