Legal issues are continuing to mount for Taylor Frankie Paul.
Utah police are investigating allegations of a third domestic violence incident involving the “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star and her ex Dakota Mortensen.
A police spokesperson told NBC News that last month, Mortensen contacted West Jordan, Utah, authorities, describing an alleged violent incident that took place in 2024.
The spokesperson said the department is reviewing several videos related to the alleged event, but they could not share the exact dates it occurred.
The spokesman admitted that they only have Mortensen’s account of the alleged incident and could not provide additional details on an open investigation.
Mortensen, 33, contacted the West Jordan police after the Draper Police Department instructed him due to the jurisdiction of the 2024 incident.
NBC News was told by Draper police that, on Feb. 24 and Feb. 25, separate open domestic violence investigations into Paul and Mortensen were called in.
On Tuesday, Salt Lake County District Attorney Sam Gill said in a statement that his office “requested all the investigative material to screen the most recent allegations for charges.”
“We made the request because of the potential that if charges are filed, they could be enhanced due to a prior plea in abeyance to a domestic violence offense,” he added.
Gill also confirmed that his office was looking into a case submitted by the Draper police department.
Page Six reached out to Paul’s rep, who declined to comment.
Last week, a disturbing video of Paul, 31, attacking her ex — while her eldest daughter, Indy, was present — was released online.
In the clip, the former “Bachelorette” star tried to kick Mortensen and threw metal barstools at him.
After the video surfaced, ABC canceled Paul’s season of “The Bachelorette.” Meanwhile, filming of “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Season 5 had already been halted.
In a statement to Page Six on March 1, Paul’s rep said: “Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security.
“After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm,” the spokesperson added.
“There are too many women who are suffering in silence as they survive aggressive, jealous ex-partners who refuse to let them move on with their lives.”
The rep concluded, saying Paul “has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation, and public shaming. She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support, and preparing to own and share her story.”
Page Six exclusively learned that Paul could be required to return her compensation for the axed dating show for breaching her contract.
The reality star also lost temporary custody of her son, Ever, 2, whom she shares with Mortensen, after he filed for an order of protection against her last week.
Paul is not allowed to see the toddler until the next hearing scheduled for April 7.
