LOUISVILLE, Ky. — American model Camille Kostek and media personality Nate Burleson will be the celebrity hosts at Sports Illustrated’s Club SI during Kentucky Derby and Oaks festivities, according to a news release.
Kostek and Burleson will meet and greet guests of Club SI during the 152nd running of the Longines Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby on Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, the release said.
Club Si is a premium hospitality experience at Churchill Downs. The dining space, which debuted in 2024, is part of a multiyear exclusive partnership between Churchill Downs and Sports Illustrated. It offers horse racing fans a modern, sophisticated race day experience as part of the racetrack’s $200 million reimagined Paddock Project.

Burleson is an NFL alumnus, television host and entrepreneur who has become one of the most recognizable personalities in sports and entertainment broadcasting. A former wide receiver, currently a co-host of CBS Mornings and the host of Hollywood Squares, Burleson is also an analyst on The NFL Today on CBS and co-host of NFL Slimetime on Nickelodeon. He is known for his dynamic on-air presence and versatility across sports, news and entertainment.
While Club SI at Churchill Downs is the inaugural permanent Club SI site, it is part of a larger push by Sports Illustrated to bring premium, fan-first hospitality to the world’s biggest sporting events, the release said.
