What is Left You Dead about?
A synopsis reads: “The aftermath of ACC Cassian Pewe’s betrayal hangs heavily over East Sussex Police, as several months on, Grace’s team is in the midst of an anti-corruption enquiry while Roy (John Simm) wrestles with whether to trust Cassian’s intel about Sandy’s murder and the threat to Bruno’s life.
“His team is plunged into a case filled with secrets after Eden (Tamla Kari), the wife of Brighton property developer, Neel, is reported missing by her distraught husband. A terrifying voicemail left on her best friend’s phone suggests Eden may have been taken against her will and signs at the couple’s house point to a disturbance.
When Neel (Rishi Nair) reveals he’s recently been threatened by a local crook in connection with his housing development, Roy believes this to be the cause, but an emerging trail of evidence soon points to something more sinister, and Grace delves into Neel and Eden’s life to understand what happened that night. Roy must unravel what is real and what is false in a tangled case where everyone has something to hide.”
Grace returns on Sunday, March 29, at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
