The months of April through June are filled with arts and entertainment in the Erie area.

• Jackie Flynn: April 3 at 7 p.m. and April 4 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at Kellar’s Modern Magic and Comedy Club at 1402 State St. Jackie Flynn is an actor and comedian with prominent standup appearances, as well as extensive film credits to his name. • Sam Miller: April 5 at 7 p.m. at Werner Books and Coffee at 3608 Liberty St. Headlining clubs across the nation as his album “Round Trip” went to the top on the iTunes comedy charts, Sam Miller is coming to Erie for one night only. Sunday April 5 at Werner Books and Coffee with doors opening at 7 and show beginning at 7:30. Tickets are $25 in advance plus fees or $25 plus fees the day of. • Stevo: April 6 at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. and April 7 at 7 p.m. at Kellar’s Modern Magic and Comedy Club at 1402 State St. Steve-O (Stephen Glover): From “Jackass” legend to best-selling authority and stand-up sensation, Steve-O has spent over two decades shocking, entertaining and making people laugh out loud. • Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood: Asking For Trouble: April 10 at 7 p.m. at the Warner Theatre at 811 State St. Tickets range from $50.56 to $73.26 plus fees. Get ready for sidesplitting laughter as Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood from “Whose Line is it Anyway?” take the stage for a live show.

• “A Dolls House“: April 10-18 at 7:30 p.m., April 19at 2 p.m., April 23-25 at 7:30 p.m. and April 26 at 2 p.m. at the Erie Playhouse at 13 W. 10th St. Nora, a charming wife and mother, appears to live a perfect life. But it soon unravels due to a shocking secret. Hidden debts and societal expectations force her to confront the harsh truth: she’s been living in a carefully crafted dollhouse, yearning for freedom. • Harlem Globetrotters: April 15 at 7 p.m. at the Erie Insurance Arena at 809 French St. Tickets range from $38.79 to $397.55 plus fees. From gravity-defying dunks to game-changing tricks, the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters are making a centennial tour stop in Erie. • Ivan Pecel: April 17 and 18 at 7 p.m. Have you ever seen a man juggle ping pong balls using only his mouth? Ivan does that. • “UnineTown the Musical“: April 17-25 at 7:30 p.m. at PACA at 1505 State St. In a dystopian, Gotham-like city, a grueling 20-year drought has stripped away the most basic of human rights. Private toilets are outlawed, and the “privilege to pee” is strictly controlled by a single, malevolent corporation: Urine Good Company. • T-Robe at Flagship City Comedy Festival: April 22 at 8 p.m. at PACA at 1505 State St. The first featured headliner of the Flagship City Comedy Festival is T-Robe from Pittsburgh, who tours all over the country. • Mary Santora at Flagship City Comedy Festival: April 23 at 8 p.m. at the 1020 Collective at 1020 Holland St. Starting her career in Cleveland, Santora can be found on SiriusXM or her most recent comedy album, “Hillbilly Boujee,” on iTunes or Apple. • Brent Terhune at Flagship City Comedy Festival: April 24 at 8 p.m. at 1020 Collective at 1020 Holland St. If you’ve been on social media you’ve probably seen Brent Terhune a time or two, and you’ll get to see him in person April 24. • Luke Null at Flagship City Comedy Festival: April 24 at 10 p.m. at 1020 Collective at 1020 Holland St. “Saturday Night Live” alum Luke Null is joining the acts at the Flagship City Comedy Festival. • “Ashley Brown: A Spoonful of Sugar“: April 25 at 7:30 p.m. and April 26 at 3 p.m. at the Warner Theatre at 811 State St. Tickets range from $30 to $68 plus fees. Broadway star Ashely Brown is the original Mary Poppins on Broadway. Brown returns to the Warner Theatre to headline a night of favorite songs from the stage, screen and American songbook. • Tien Tran at the Flagship City Comedy Festival: April 25 at 8 p.m. at the Erie Art Museum at 20 E. Fifth St. The final show of Flagship City Comedy Festival at the Erie Art Museum. Erie native Tien Tran, now in Los Angeles, is an actress, comedian and successful podcaster. Tran will be joined by some of the best rising comics in the country. • “Getting Sara Married“: April 25, 26, 29 and May 2, 3, 8, 9 and 13. Shows take place on Fridays at 6:30 p.m., Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. Sundays at 2:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at noon. Unfortunately for Sara, Aunt Martha’s method of matchmaking is to bop the prospective groom over the head and have him delivered to Sara’s apartment, several times. The traditional Latin mass for the dead is combined with nine poems about war written by English poet Wilfred Owen who was killed in action just one week before the World War I armistice.
