ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Professional wrestling is coming to the 174th Great Allentown Fair this summer, the first such event at the Fairgrounds in decades.
The 2026 event, titled Stars, Stripes & Slams, will feature professional wrestlers in a live, family-friendly show designed to appeal to longtime fans and new audiences alike, according to a news release from the fair.
The event will take place Thursday, September 3.
The lineup includes:
• Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson (The Good Brothers) – WWE, AEW and international promotions; 10-time World Tag Team Champions
• N-Zo (formerly Enzo Amore) – WWE and TNA,
• HEATH (Heath Slater) – WWE and TNA,
• Tito Santana – WWE Hall of Famer and former two-time Intercontinental Champion,
• “The Franchise” Shane Douglas – Four-time ECW World Heavyweight Champion,
• James Ellsworth – WWE and multiple independent organizations,
• Ricardo Rodriguez – WWE, MLW and international promotions
• The Patriot – WWE, WCW and multiple independent organizations
A special fan Meet & Greet will take place at the Fairgrounds from 6–7 p.m., with matches beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m., fair organizers say. Official matches will be announced at a later date on the Fair’s social platforms.
Organizers say tickets for The Great Allentown Fair’s Stars, Stripes & Slams go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, April 10.
Tickets can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or at the Fair’s box office.
Tickets will also be available for previously announced Warren Zeiders on Friday, September 4. Special box office hours will also be held on Friday, April 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All show tickets include admission to the fair, according to the news release.
Organizers say the fair also offers discount ride tickets, half price fair admission, and prepaid premium parking.
From the late 1970s through the 1980s, the Allentown Fairgrounds, particularly Agricultural Hall, served as a regular television taping site for what was then the World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF), organizers say.
Matches filmed in Allentown were broadcast throughout the Northeast, helping introduce professional wrestling to a broader audience, according to the news release.
During that era, the Fairgrounds hosted appearances by many of wrestling’s most recognizable stars, including Andre the Giant, Bob Backlund, Ivan Putski and Greg “The Hammer” Valentine.
“Professional wrestling has deep roots at the Allentown Fairgrounds,” said Jessica Ciecwisz, the Fair’s Marketing & Entertainment Manager.
“Bringing wrestling back in 2026 allows us to honor that history while offering today’s fans the chance to experience live professional wrestling in a setting that helped shape the sport.”
