Kendall Jenner will always be a champion for minimalism. The supermodel was seen out in Beverly Hills, California, this week, looking so effortlessly sophisticated in easy, business-casual staples—and one very specific accessory.
Up top, she wore a sharp navy blazer with a high neck and a fitted silhouette. The design featured a hidden closure, as well as sleek pockets on the sides. Jenner paired the elegant jacket with the perfect slim-fit, straight-leg blue jeans—embracing the transition to slimmer silhouettes.
And to complete the look, she slipped on her favorite It girl shoes: the Row’s highly coveted Stella ballet flats in rich black leather, with a chic square toe.
For a quiet dose of color, the 818 Tequila founder carried a cherry-red leather bag on her shoulder; and to top things off, she popped on some elongated, inky-black acetate sunglasses from Gucci. Her hair was down, and she dabbed her lips with a subtle raspberry tint.
The chicest part of Jenner’s look, however, was not her elevated blazer, trending denim, or designer flats, but rather her leather-bound notebook from Louise Carmen. The handcrafted pieces from the French boutique brand have recently become It accessories amongst fashion girls and book lovers alike—because truly was is more elegant than completing your outfit with a luxurious, vegetable-tanned leather notebook? Jenner’s came in a burnt-orange “whisky” hue, seemingly in the brand’s largest size, “magnum,” which retails for approximately $228. Other colorways offered include sandy beige, military green, charcoal black, and a pretty turquoise.
